Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of and we will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item.
Delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day period or where the goods are faulty / wrongly supplied and a refund is made.
Please note:
The items are your responsibility until they are recieved by TA Rec. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, and preferably needs to be signed for.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to HQ, unless sent via a time guaranteed service. The item will be replaced immediately if in stock, alternate product to same value or refund if item is sold out.
